Row 200m – Odd Minutes

[I2] Odd – 30 seconds Assault Bike sprint
Even – 6-8 Tyre Flip 

[I3] 50 Battle Ropes
50 Cone Hopes
20 Pushups
50 Squats
50 Bicycles
