What is the Cell Training concept ?

Cell Training is an original concept designed here in Townsville. Based upon 45 minutes, of high energy, high intensity workout designed to utilise a variety of different energy systems throughout the week. Cell Training blurs the lines between Strength and Conditioning (cardio).

No prior training background or specific level of fitness needed. All movements can be interchanged with progressions for those wanting more. In addition if you have a particular injury or condition we certainly can tailor our sessions to suit.

You workout within the parameters of your fully self contained “Cell” (workout zone) with other “Inmates”. All the equipment you need is right at your fingertips. We run, row, skip, bike, push, press, squat, lunge and many more common exercises using a magnitude of different equipment such as dumbells, barbells, sandbags, kettlebells, tyres just to name a few.

No two sessions are the same. This style of training  will get you fitter, Stronger and healthier in no time at all.

Is perfect for those starting on a fitness journey or those looking at getting back into training. As you progress our team of exceptional trainers design ways to push you to your limits.

If you are wanting to give Cell a try our time table is:

Tues 5:00am, 5:45am, 6:30am

Thursday 5:00am, 5:45am, 6:30am
