CrossFit Output

 

CrossFit Output – is very focused on making positive improvements in peoples quality of life. Our four pillars are Mechanics, Consistency, Community and coach ability.   Applied through health and performance , quality movement and solid nutritional foundations.

The aim of CrossFit is to increase work capacity across a range of broad time and modal domains. Meaning that variation is paramount yet there is a degree of science behind our programming here at CF Output.

We aim to create a fitness program that focuses of general physical prepardness. Yes we run, row, bike, skip plus lift, press, pull, throw, twist and drag just to name a few. We utilise different apparatus to achieve our fitness results.

CrossFit applies a constantly varied functional movements performed at high intensity philosophy. At CrossFit Output workouts are based on functional movements, and these movements reflect the best aspects of gymnastics, weightlifting, running, rowing and more. 

The aim of the CrossFit training program is to move large loads long distances therefore the more work you do in less time, or the higher the power “Output”, the more intense the effort. By employing a constantly varied approach to training, functional movements and intensity lead to dramatic gains in fitness.

Overall, the aim of CrossFit is to forge a broad, general and inclusive fitness supported by measurable, observable and repeatable results thus the program prepares trainees for any physical contingency—not only for the unknown but for the unknowable, too. Our specialty is not specialising.
