Lion Strength – Online Coaching

Lion Strength Online Coaching specialises in the prescription and delivery of Weightlifting, Powerlifting and Strength programmes for both males and females of all ages and abilities. All programmes are individually tailored based on the athletes strengths and weaknesses. Details of the programming is as follows:

What I expect:

  • Minimum 4 Week commitment
  • Ability to train at least 3-4 days per week.
  • Log session results weekly
  • Undertake good nutrition and sleep principles
  • Monitor and track sleep and nutrition
  • Have an outcome in mind
  • Video/audio account to be set up prior to delivery of first program design
  • Communication via FitBot app
  • payments made in advance
  • Cancellations with 2 weeks notice

What you should receive/expect:

  • 1 month periodised training plan delivered on time 2 days prior to the completion of the previous month or within 2 weeks of the completion of testing phase.
  • 2 day maximum turnaround on feedback and questions
  • 1 x 30min Video or F2F (face to face) consult per month
  • Access to private group on facebook
  • Weekly feedback
