The Team

Rob Innes – Head Coach/Trainer

Rob has been in the fitness industry for the past 12 years. Starting out in Brisbane taking small groups in local parks to now the owner of Fit Solutions Health and Performance Centre which also operates CrossFit Output and Townsville Barbell

Rob is wanting to blur the lines between allied health professionals and the fitness industry in Townsville. Currently studying a Bachelor of Sport & Exercise science degree at James Cook University. 

His passion is human performance through the use of proper educated techniques and application. 

Over the years Rob has played many sports Rugby League, Rugby Union, Golf, Tennis and more recently moved into the realms of the sport of fitness – CrossFit and competed at a national level in weightlifting (masters).

SEAN ALLEN – Coach/Trainer

Sean has completed his Bachelor of Sport & Exercise Science at James Cook University 
and is looking to commence a honours project around skill acquisition. 

He is a qualified level 1 CrossFit Coach and also completed his CrossFit gymnastics certification.

Sean is passionate about helping people reach their full potential through quality movement.
